Oh, a perfect picture! Great tones, emotional scene, warm yet sad feelings. Good the scratchy effect when it's not abused, like this. Good work.

very cool as usual my friend.
the scratched look helps it provide antiquity, and the haze offers up mystery.
great job

Very nice work once again, I love how you manage to give alot of your works an excellent textured feeling. It potrays a since of emotion and almost puts you in the picture. Look forward to seeing more of your stuff, your becoming my favorite artist on D.A. with these simple, but powerful peices.

I understand you were looking for advanced critique on this piece, so perhaps I shouldn't have made a comment at all. In my humble opinion, this couldn't get much better. It's simply more of a state of mind than anything else, and it reflects so many emotions, at least in me ... which is the whole purpose of art in the first place.

Absolutely haunting.

And I have GOT to take it with me.

A very beautiful picture. Love the soft yellow light in the fog. I'm not so sure about the scratches, though...

yesh I have taken forever to comment on this :)

I love the mist you have created through this piece. All of your scenery pieces are always so much more then the traditional landscape. They each tell a story :) Beautiful blending skills

as always, I love it

and I love you :)

Incredible.... I don't think I have something to say that has not been yet said, but if it can mean anything anymore, I love the way you made everything (hues, grain & lines, original photo, fog, frame, font), all. I'm just going to fav it and admire you even more :D

i love this....the scratchies are like rays of the sun fighting for positioning. i see nothing here that i could say that needs improvement. i only wish i could pull off something like this...i've tried...but it's just not quite a nate production. i'll leave it to you, heh?

The filters look great. I like the scratched effect, it gives it a very aged look. I'm just afraid the sunlight may be a bit too washed out. maybe mess with the contrast a bit, although you may need to crop a bit off the bottom if you do, it'll be too dark down there.
Just an idea.
